Lauren Burnham, CMT, BCTMB, TRS-C is a Certified Massage Therapist and a lifelong competitive athlete. She has a Bachelors in Equine Science from the University of New Hampshire. It was during that time she experienced significant injuries as an equestrian and runner. She used physical therapy and massage as a means of recovery and it changed her perspective on the use of holistic healing.

Lauren's journey of self discovery began while working in the biotechnology field. Dissatisfied with the laboratory environment, she found her calling at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. Through the years of her private practice she has become one of the most sought after massage therapists in San Diego, specializing in Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention.  She is the recent winner of the San Diego Award for Massage.
